Scientist-in-Chief: Doctor Wesley When is the founder of Trenchwood Institute. While still a teen at Paine Memorial High School, he committed himself to a life of science with an aim toward righting the wrongs of the past. Doctor When earned a B.S. in physics at the North Dakota Institute of Technocracy, followed by a M.S. and a Ph.D. in physics at the South Dakota Institute of Technocracy. The revolutionary, misunderstood, and universally unappreciated nature of his research required him to leave the stagnant halls of academia to work in an independent laboratory; thus, little word of his great advances has reached the outside world. This is surely about to change—Doctor When's time has come.
Consulting Scientist: Professor Catherine Chronos is a professor of theoretical physics at the New England Institute of Extremely Hypothetical Knowledge. Professor Chronos has made several key theoretical contributions to Trenchwood's scientific breakthroughs. She is a long-time collaborator with Doctor When, starting from their friendship when they were both students at Paine Memorial High School. In addition, she is an internationally recognized scholar of art history.
